Located primarily in 7 wards* of Tokyo's Central Business District with excellent transportation convenience, we offer office buildings in various sizes and locations to meet diverse needs of tenants.
We develop highly functional buildings that boast advanced exteriors and common area designs with a strong presence—exemplified by surfaces covered entirely in glass—and state-of-the-art facilities and specifications that create a safe, secure, and comfortable office environment.
To secure safety in case of disaseter, we are actively installing seismic isolation/vibration control structure to counter earthquakes and are promoting enhanced BCP (Business Continuity Planning) such as power outage measures.

A standard floor of the building is a space free of pillars or columns with a ceiling grid system and other features that make it an efficient office space with a high degree of flexibility in layout. Most of the standard floors in our building are large spaces free of pillars or columns. We provide highly efficient office spaces with layout flexibility to meet the needs of individual tenant companies, such as consolidating multiple offices onto a single floor and creating open space that facilitates internal communication and enhances employee creativity.
Our buildings, featuring sophisticated design as well as advanced and functional floor specs, meet wide-ranging tenant needs and are in high demand. We also focus on developing buildings that are not only functional and comfortable, but environmentally and socially friendly as well incorporating energy- and water-saving measures, counter-disaster facilities, enhanced common areas, and consideration for barrier-free access.

In addition, we have enhanced BCP (business continuity planning) features with emergency generators installed in approx.70% of the buildings we own (100% for buildings completed after 2001) as power outage measure, as well as disaster-ready Central Management Center run directly by the Company to promptly respond in case of emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
