(Principle of Clarified Purpose) 2. We will specify the purpose of use of the personal information as far as possible in handling the information.
(Principle of Limited Use) 3. We shall use the personal information to the extent permitted by laws and regulations and necessary to accomplish the purpose.
4. We shall not provide the personal information to any third party except for the cases listed below.
(1) When it is permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.
(2) When the consent has been obtained from the persons concerned.
(Principle of Data) 5. We will make an effort to keep the correct and up-to-date personal information in our possession.
(Principle of Security) 6. We shall take necessary steps required for safe custody of the personal information to prevent leaks of the information, etc.
7. We shall place our employees and contractors under the necessary and appropriate supervision.
(Principle of Disclosure) 8. We will notify or publish the purpose of use of the personal information and the like.
(Principle of Individual Participation) 9. We shall handle appropriately the request to disclose, amend or discontinue use of the personal information and the like without delay.
(Principle of Responsibility) 10. We shall deal with complaints in connection with handling of the personal information appropriately and promptly.

1. Policy for personal information protection

  • We will make an effort to appropriately protect and handle personal information by respecting, and being in compliance with, the applicable laws and regulations in connection with protection of personal information and social order.

2. Purpose of use of personal information

  • We use the personal information in our possession in connection with the businesses in (1) for the purposes in (2).

    1. (i) Lease, sale in lots, development, management, and sale and purchase of real estate (office buildings, condominiums, rental apartments, stores, residential houses, residential land, etc.);
    2. (ii) contracting, design, and supervision of construction and engineering work;
    3. (iii) businesses conducted by each of the companies belonging to our corporate group (meaning consolidated subsidiaries described in our annual securities report; the same shall apply hereinafter), such as brokerage services and consignment sales of real estate, delegated management of condominiums, etc., interior design related services, hotel business, leasing and operations for event halls and meeting rooms, etc., operations and management of commercial facilities, fitness club operations, operations for restaurants and convenience stores, operations for golf courses, and nonlife insurance agency business and life insurance agency business; and
    4. (iv) real estate specified joint ventures, real estate appraisal, and other businesses incidental or connected to each of the businesses above and each of the businesses within the scope of business purposes of our company and each company belonging to our corporate group.
  • (2) Purpose
    1. (i) Sales activities via mail, telephone, e-mail, or visits, etc. for the provision of information, products, and services;
    2. (ii) promotion and intermediation, etc. of various affairs necessary for the provision of information, products, and services (such as communication for business discussions and meetings, various investigation for proposing plans, credit research and review, identity verification, application and submission of notifications, obtainment of permission, confirmation of stakeholders, financing, and registration of land and buildings);
    3. (iii) execution and performance of agreements in connection with the provision of information, products, and services;
    4. (iv) security services, crime prevention, and safety management of facilities and buildings managed or operated by our company and each of the companies belonging to our corporate group;
    5. (v) management and operations of a customer membership association;
    6. (vi) implementation of after-sales service and repair and inspection, etc. of the parts sustaining the malfunction;
    7. (vii) implementation of questionnaires with respect to information, products, and services and response to inquiries and marketing activities such as customer trend analysis and research and analysis for improvement and development of products and services; and
    8. (viii) other matters incidental or connected to each of the businesses in (1).

We will stop providing the information, products, and services mentioned above upon request of the person to whom the personal information belongs.

(Regarding retrieval of cookies)

When you view our website or e-mails from us, we may, either by ourselves or through a contractor, retrieve cookies from the terminal you use, such as your computer, and use that data to improve the usability of our website, conduct statistical analysis related to the status of use of our website, publish advertisements, and the like. 3. Provision to third parties

  • Following this “Handling of Personal Information”, we may provide the personal information in our possession to third parties, to the extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations in connection with personal information protection. Request Method

State necessary matters on the application form and send it to our information desk for handling personal information together with following attachments. In the case of request for disclosure of personal data, please also enclose fixed-denomination postal order in 1,000 yen par value (issued at postal office). For application form, we will send it by mail if you contact our information desk for handling personal information.

*Send one in the case of copy of documents that can fully identify photo of the person, name, and address, and two in the case of copy of documents that has items that cannot be identified, such as not having a photo of the person.
(Please be aware that, since there are no areas to write address on passports issued after February 4, 2020, an address cannot be identified with such passport.)
*For the following items stated on the identification documents, please copy after masking the sections stating following items or blotting out in black so that such section of the copy will be unreadable.
- Individual number (My Number) stated on the My Number Card
- Insurance number, insured person’s symbol, and insured person’s number stated on the insurance card
- Basic pension number stated on the pension book
