Ariake Garden
Overview
The Ariake Garden is a large mixed-use complex opened in June 2020, on a vast 10.7 hectare tract in central Ariake district along the Tokyo Bay. As an integrated facility, it aims at revitalizing the local community by enhancing living, improving visitors’ convenience and creating liveliness through promoting culture and art, etc.
It comprises a large shopping mall with over 200 tenants at its core, and a variety of facilities such as theater style multipurpose hall, a hotel, a spa, an exclusive theater for the Shiki Theatre Company, as well as a high-rise condominium tower, open space, etc.
Ariake Garden is designated as an area plan of National Strategic Special Zone, as a project to strengthen MICE functions and foreign tourism in the Tokyo waterfront city.
